A day with purpose.

Vocational skills, social growth and meaningful activities that build quality of life, at two day centers in Tampa Bay.

Building skills, fostering growth, creating meaningful connections.

Our adult day training programs provide structured, engaging activities that help individuals develop vocational skills, build social connections and improve their quality of life.

Every program is designed with purpose: to foster independence, confidence and meaningful participation in the community.

What the day looks like

Four parts of every program.

  • Vocational skills

Hands-on training that builds real-world work skills and confidence.

We don't just keep people busy. We help them grow.

From work-readiness training to social skill development, every activity has a purpose.

Regular community outings provide real-world experience and help individuals build confidence outside of structured settings.

Day training questions

Good to know.

Still unsure? Call (813) 284-7370. You'll reach a real person.

Who is adult day training for?

Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy and other developmental needs, across the Tampa Bay area.

Can I tour a day center?

Yes. Request an ADT visit and we'll call you to set a time. Visits are scheduled ahead so participants' days aren't interrupted, and a request isn't confirmed until we've spoken. Day centers are the only programs we tour.

What happens during the day?

Structured activities in four areas: vocational skills, social development, daily living skills and community outings. Every activity has a purpose.

How do you keep people safe?

Every team member passes a Level 2 background check and is CPR and First Aid certified, with ongoing training. We hire for compassion first and keep an open phone line for families and guardians.

What should I leave out of the request form?

Please don't send medical records, diagnoses or Social Security numbers through the website. Your name, phone number and the center you're interested in are enough to start.

Come see a good day for yourself.

Request a visit to either center and we'll call you to set a time.
