What our forms collect
When you use a form on this website, we collect only what you type in:
- Contact form: your name, phone number, optional email, the topic you choose and any message you add. For ADT visits, the center and days you prefer. For group home inquiries, how you're connected to the person.
- Career application: your name, phone, email, the role and availability you choose, optional certifications you check, an optional résumé link and an optional message.
- Referral form: the referrer's name, agency, phone, email, the service being referred for, a preferred time to call and an optional note.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you: to call you back, arrange an ADT visit, follow up on an inquiry, referral or application. Form submissions are sent to info@everythingpeachie.com.
Please don't send medical information
Don't send medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through this website. We'll gather what's needed in a conversation.
Links to other services
Directions links open Google Maps. Welcome video links open YouTube. Phone and email links open your device's own apps. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
